Those athletes wishing to attend the Pitcher/Catcher evaluations MUST also attend the Testing on Friday. All pitchers should provide a catcher for their warm up (parents bring a glove). A catcher is provided at the testing area. Catchers please bring any catcher gear you have or have been borrowed by the Zone. The Zone will have catcher gear for those that are in need.
Player Protocol (IMPORTANT)
Players are to wear ONLY Hustlers or generic logo apparel and equipment - please NO travel team logos are to be displayed e.g. 222's or JQFP. Players will need to have indoor shoes (no cleats), glove, helmet, fielding mask and bat. Please arrive at the noted check-in time, do not be late.
Spectator Protocol IMPORTANT)
Please no spectators in the pitching/hitting tunnels or on the turf, only watch from the upstairs balcony (exception is for the pitcher warm up). We ask that spectators do not lean over the balcony side, as well as make any gestures/loud noise down towards the turf. Please be respectful to all the players, evaluators and executive members while the tryouts are going on. Please do not approach any of the evaluators before or after the evaluations.
We will be hosting players from other Zones at our tryouts to accommodate scheduling conflicts.
