Coach selection process

Individuals who would like to Head Coach must submit an application two weeks prior to tryouts.  Applications are available on the website.  Prospective Head Coaches need to commit to the Hustler's Coaching Fair Play Ledge and must submit an annual Criminal Record check to the Zone Coordinator.

An Executive  sub-committee  chaired by the Zone Commissioner with members appointed by the Executive will select the Head Coach for the A Teams.   In the event that a conflict of interest is identified, as it relates to coaching selection, that committee member will abstain from all parts of the selection where the conflict is perceived to exist. The Head Coach is responsible for selecting assistant coaches.

B Team coaches are selected after the A Team formation, with the Commissioner consulting Executive members in the process.
